Final Story Board

Image
Hello and welcome back to another blog. Today we were asked to make our  final story board with our final scenes. Here is what I created.  Diffrences for original: Firstly we did not open with the protagonist killing her victum we started with her already dead and the killer washing her hands. We made the first scene longer so we added the second part of the first scene to the story board. Then we countied with the killer getting a call and proceeding to driving in the car with her friend. We cut the details of the two friends interacting at the fair as we thought they were unnessisary. We captured the killer decending into maddness diffrently then orignally planned and that was our last scene. Overall we just added more details like camera angles and movents as well as colored, lowkey, and natural lighting.  Thank you for reading. Come back soon for our final movie opener!

Some fonts I suggested were: In the end we chose a basic, sleek, italizied, font that perfectly complements the movie. Editing 2

Hello and welcome back to another blog post. This is part two of my pervious blog. Now that we finished editing this is my final thoughts about editing.  We decied to put our prodcution company and title at the begining of our movie. We also put subtitles for one charater of our movie as a choice because it makes sense to the plot of our movie. We didnt use many effects but we did use a blur effect during a part of the carnival scene as well as adding colors to our film during the editing process. For transitions we didnt really use any techniques it was more of a cutting to diffrent scenes. For audio effects we used a heart beat, and copyright free music we found on the internet. The only problem we found during editing was adding music to our moive. It was hard to find music that fit our vision and we had some trouble transporting it onto our movie. In the ned we had to just record it from computer to phone and add the audio that way. It total we spent about 2 hours editing...

Editing one

Hello and welcome back to another blog! Today we were asked to discuss the process. Hope you enjoy.  We decided to use subtitles in out movie instead of recording dialogue. We decided on this because we don’t have much dialogue and this way our sounds can get through more than with dialogue. We aren’t using many video effects or transitions because during filming we implemented the use of camera transitions like action match. For sound we are adding a heart beat that will be heard for most of the opening getting louder and faster as scenes get more tense. We are still deciding on what music we are going to use. Problems during editing is excicuting all of the ideas we had at the beginning and the reality of implementing them. Editing is not as time consuming as we predicted. So far we have only spent around an hour editing. The people involved in editing are Kate and Kyra. We have completed filming and do not have additional filming that needs to be done.  Thank you for ...
